Delivery costs
We charge one fee based on the largest item in your order (delivery size can be found on the product page).

- Small things cost £6
- Medium things cost £20
- Biggish things cost £35
- Large things cost £95
Our £95 delivery fee covers a two-person team who bring it in, set it up, and get everything just right.
When will my items arrive?
We work with three trusted delivery partners to get your things to you, safe and sound.
Wincanton: Large & biggish items
These folks handle the big stuff, from sofas and beds to mattresses, and tables. They'll deliver to the room of your choice and will take care of assembly too, so all you have to do is put the kettle on.
- Large items will be delivered to and assembled in your room of choice, biggish items will be delivered to your doorstep.
- Delivery usually takes place within 12 working days of your items arriving at our warehouse. Once they're in, Wincanton will email you to book a delivery date that suits you.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 7.00am and 7.00pm. You'll receive a confirmed two-hour delivery window by email and text, 48 hours before your slot.
- If any items are out of stock or are 'made to order,' we'll share a delivery estimate when you place your order.
Royal Mail: Medium items
Royal Mail takes care of the in-between bits. Think lamps, side tables, rugs… the medium-sized items that might not need assembling but still need careful handling.
- Medium items will be delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 working days.
- We won't send out your order until everything is in stock.
- Royal Mail delivers Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm.
- You'll receive a call from us asking you to choose a delivery day.
- On the day of delivery, Royal Mail will send you a text with your tracking details.
Just so you know: Some Medium items may need a little self-assembly. Nothing too technical, and we'd suggest holding onto the packaging until you're sure you're happy with your item.
DPD: Small & teeny items
They look after the delivery of smaller items like mugs, socks, throws and such. Quick and reliable for anything that fits through the letterbox (or close enough).
- Small and teeny items will be delivered to your doorstep within 2-4 working days.
- DPD delivers Monday to Friday, between 7.00am and 7.00pm.
- Once your item is ready, it'll be dispatched and you'll receive a text on the day of delivery with a one-hour delivery window.
- The message will also give you the option to change the delivery day or upgrade to Saturday delivery (additional charges apply).

Top tip for a smooth delivery
To make sure delivery day goes smoothly we recommend you double-check the dimensions before placing your order. That way you'll know if our delivery team will be able to fit your item through your front door and manoeuvre it around any tight hallways, stairs or landings. More to know about delivery
Deliveries with multiple items
Your order will be delivered in one go, once all items are ready.
If you've ordered a few things, say, a bedside table and a lamp, and one is in stock while the other is still on its way to our warehouse, we'll wait until everything's arrived before arranging delivery. That way, it will all reach you in one go.
Need it sooner?
If you'd prefer to receive part of your order earlier, give us a call on 0203 141 8300. We can arrange split delivery for a small additional charge.
Delivery outside mainland UK
We don't deliver outside of the UK mainland, with the exception of the Isle of Wight for our teeny, small, biggish and large wares (excludes medium items). So places like Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands are beyond the reach of our delivery teams. Holding items ready for delivery
No problem. If you're not quite ready for delivery, we'll keep your items safe in storage. The first 4 weeks are completely free. After that, it's £10 per large item, per week. Just give us a shout when you're ready to receive them.
Delivery charges and consumer finance
When you choose V12 Retail Finance as your payment method at checkout your delivery charge will be included in the loan amount as long as the loan value is between £500 and £25,000
Delivery address changes
If you have placed an order via credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay then we we will be able to manually amend your delivery adress after your order has been placed.
If you have placed an order via V12 Retail Finance then delivery address changes cannot be made under any circumstances. Where a change is required, the order will need to be cancelled and a new order placed with the correct details, which will reset the lead time and expected delivery date.
