We're sure you'll love our gorgeous Roman Blinds. However, they're all made-to-measure, so we encourage you to measure your fitting at least twice to be sure you've got your measurements right.

Due to their bespoke nature, we charge a restocking fee for returns.

Returns for roman blinds

Our gorgeous Roman Blinds are made-to-measure for each individual order. Due to their bespoke, tailor-made nature, we charge a 55% restocking fee for any returns or cancellations.

If you do want to return your Roman Blinds, please follow these simple steps:

1. Ping us an email at sos@loaf.com quoting your sales order number or call 0845 468 0698 within 14 days of delivery.

2. We'll issue you with a sales return number and return address.

3. Pop it back to us in the post wrapped as securely as possible. We recommend a recorded mail service that's happy to handle packages of all sizes.

4. We'll refund you 45% of the retail value of the blinds and if it's the full order you're returning we'll refund the original delivery charge too. Please note we do not cover the cost of posting back the item.
