Creative Producer

We are looking for our next team member to join the in-house Loaf Production team. We are a small but very busy team, working with multiple departments to produce all photographic and 3D content for the business. In this role you will be fully emerged into the world of production, working alongside the Art Director and Creative Producer. You will be involved with creative planning for our photoshoots along with managing the logistic requirements specific to each. This is a high paced role which requires a super eye for detail, passion for production and interiors, as well as a confident approach to dealing with multiple project deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Production team during our seasonal campaign launches (approx. 6-8 a year), managing specific photoshoots from concept to delivery
  • Photoshoots will include studio, styled interiors and advertising photography, all of which will require varying production skill sets
  • You will be involved with the briefing stages of our collections and attend regular meetings with our in-house design and creative teams
  • Working closely with our in-house Post Production team it will be essential that you are familiar handling creative assets as well as showing a solid understanding of the photographic and editing processes involved in print and web media
  • It will be important to work in a confident and proactive manner both autonomously and as part of a team
  • You will need to be a confident communicator dealing with internal departments, freelance staff and external suppliers
  • It will be essential to deal well under pressure and be able to juggle multiple deadlines
  • You should be comfortable working with project budgets and accruals

  • Show strong time management skills with an ability to prioritise and organise work according to set timelines
  • Have top notch communication skills both verbal and written
  • Be a fusspot about detail
  • Happy working away from home during the photo shoots (5-10 weeks at a time)
  • Proven work experience as a Producer (a minimum of 5-7 years) with specific experience using photo editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Capture One)
  • BSc degree in photography, visual arts, digital media, events production or a suitably related field
