ERP Support Manager

At Loaf we make insanely comfy sofas, beds and other laid-back wares that help people lead happier, more relaxed lives. And we're looking for one very clever ERP Support Manager to join us on our journey to the next level.

Your job is to ensure that our ERP system (the system that processes everything from placing an order to fulfilment) is working just as it should. You'll quickly jump on anything that isn't working with the system and raise support tickets or system changes to get those things fixed. And you'll support scoping out bigger development projects that ensures our ERP system delivers on the commercial needs of the business while ensuring our processes support our goal of making our customers go "cor!"

Fancy some of this? If you're a super bright ERP Support Manager with top notch project management skills, this might just be the thing for you.

  • Be the point of contact for all issues and bugs identified with our ERP system
  • Identify root cause of ERP issues/bugs and work with our ERP developers to scope out and deploy a fix for these, coordinating across departments to ensure the impact of any fixes is fully understood and planned for
  • Provide UAT support and sign off deployment for all ERP bug fixes
  • Identify opportunities to improve our business processes
  • Work with our E-commerce & Technology Strategist to plan, scope and write specification for ERP development projects
  • Co-ordinate UAT of ERP system changes across various functions in the business
  • Monitor and maintain running of automated system jobs on a daily basis
  • Keep the business up to speed with any ERP system fixes and deployments

You absolutely have to have, or be the following:

  • Involvement in scoping, planning and managing system development projects (even better if you've managed them yourself!)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Nav
  • Experience working with project management and managing development backlogs
  • A real knack for taking a variety of complex problems, prioritizing them and devising solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to connect with a mix of personalities from techies to operational peeps
  • Always on the look-out to improve how things are done, challenging the status quo and never accepting second best
  • A real can-do attitude with a willingness to get your hands dirty, get on with the job and make great things happen
  • A high attention to detail and commitment to deliver outstanding work to agreed deadlines
  • And, most importantly of all, you absolutely must be an all-round good egg, with a real can-do willingness to get on with the job and make great things happen

In return you can expect a forward-thinking, friendly bunch committed to building a fabulous company with brilliant people.

If you think you fit the bill then apply now with a covering letter explaining why you think you are the perfect Loafer plus a copy of your CV.
