If you're not 100% happy (we're pretty sure you will be) you can
return your items within 14 days - with no questions asked and no
hard feelings either! Simply:
- Give us a call on 02031418300 or visit loaf.com/returnmystuff to request a return
within 14 days of accepting your delivery.
- We will issue you with a (boring but important) Sales Return
Number.
- Our carrier DPD will also email you with a return label to
print out.
- Please wrap your item as securely as possible so that
everything is tickety-boo when it arrives back at our
warehouse.
- Remember to write your Sales Return Number on the outside of
your parcel. This will help us to speed up your refund.
- Then stick the DPD return label on top of your package and take
it to your nearest DPD Pickup Shop. With 2,500 locations to choose
from you won't have to travel far.
Once you have returned your item we will refund you in full -
including the original delivery costs if you are returning your
full order. Easy.
