Whose perfect Sunday was the best?
Huge Loaf-y congratulations to Susan who has romped home as the clear winner of our hush competition when we asked you all to complete the sentence "My perfect Sunday is…"
Susan's dreamy story of her perfect Northumberland Sunday spent with her family - cooking, playing and generally having a lovely time - made us smile. Have a little read of this excerpt:
"It's April, the air is fresh and all the plants are budding....They have put the goats back on the hill in the park - I love that! - I'll bring my grandchildren to see them later when they're out of bed. Everyone wakes up and we sit around chatting and enjoying breakfast. No-one has to work or be anywhere else - that's a perfect Sunday."
If that doesn't make you yearn for the weekend, nothing will!
