Customer Experience Assistant - Aftersales

Loaf are looking for a warm and friendly Customer Experience Assistant to embody our service culture with a genuine desire to do what’s right and care for our customers. The ideal candidate will provide an exemplary level of service while being a brand advocate and the all-important voice of our customers. You will have a proactive and can-do approach to getting the task at hand completed in a fast-paced environment. You will be working with like-minded individuals in aftercare who want to save the day for our customers. You will become gurus in all things post sale, from order amendments, delivery and become product experts, offering our customers creative problem solving and give advice on how to care for Loafy goods. You will help and support a channel specific team, dealing with all manner of enquiries and complaints, carry out daily admin tasks, and communicate to a high standard with customers over the phone and by email.

Chatterbox Team Leader (aka Customer Sales Team Leader)

We’re on the mission to find bright, passionate people who will help us deliver a knock-out service to our customers and make them go “cor!”. Leading our Chatterbox team, you’ll be responsible for delivering brilliant customer experience from initial contact to sale. Supporting our Chatterbox team in answering questions, providing advice and taking orders for our lovely laid-back furniture and other loafing supplies for the home. You’ll oversee customer enquiries by phone, live chat, email and via social media. You will motivate and inspire the team to really get to know our customers, so they can blow their socks off with charm and helpfulness. You’ll be an A-star student of Loaf product knowledge and ensure your team are just as clued up, so we can answer our customer queries with passion and confidence. You’ll anticipate challenges and put in place plans to overcome these. And you’ll always be on the look-out for opportunities to go the extra mile, so our customers experience a top-notch service like nothing they’ve ever felt before.
