Operations Director

Loaf’s Operations Director (OD) is responsible for operational activities at Loaf including our Customer Experience Teams, the Deliveries team and management of our 3PL logistic partner. The OD works with the senior leadership team to ensure that the overall goals and objectives of the business are translated into defined operational plans. The OD is also responsible for the customer journey, making sure it meets (preferably exceeds!) our goal of making our customers go “cor!” The OD has overall responsibility for the customer journey once an order is placed to delivery and aftercare. The OD represents the Operation Teams at the Ops Board, providing invaluable input from a customer perspective at a senior level.

Trainer - Maternity Cover

Trainer (Maternity Cover) At Loaf we make insanely comfy sofas, beds and other laid-back wares that help people lead happier, more relaxed lives. It therefore stands to reason that we need lots of fabulous, talented Loafers to help us get this right. We’re in the process of opening a new facility in Nuneaton – our “Loaf Academy”. Warehouse Manager

This role will be to oversee all aspects of the of returns, QC and Swatching teams in our busy distribution centre, under the guidance and supervision of the Head of Quality Assurance. The main purpose of this team is to process all returns efficiently recovering as much value as possible from the returned stock. The team will also inspect the quality of inbound deliveries and customer QC escalations. The team will also manage the pick and packing of customer swatch requests and spare parts in line with set SLA’s. This role will also require the Loaf Warehouse Manager to oversee and monitor the agreed Wincanton Standard Operating Procedures.
