The Executive PA provides top class business and personal support to the CEO and Founder, Charlie Marshall, as well as supporting with internal communications and key company events, and project managing certain business initiatives (e.g. our Sustainability programme).
This role requires a proactive, ‘can do’ attitude with bags of initiative, efficiency and thoughtfulness. The successful candidate should be extremely conscientious and take ownership whilst maintaining strict confidentiality. They need the confidence to speak their mind in a nice way, so having a good sense of humour or charm is a must.
Responsible for supporting the day to day running of the Flagship Shack. Driving optimal customer experience and therefore sales, ensuring the Shack team and merchandising reflect our brand at all times. To support the Shack Manager in achieving highest possible standards and meeting KPI expectations set by the Retail Operations Manager.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join us and help take Loaf’s business processes to the next level. You’ll take a leading role in reviewing our existing processes, identifying inefficiencies whether it’s in our internal communications or systems, and helping to design the solutions to make us the best we can be. You’ll be heavily involved in managing operational and technology projects across the business in our efforts to standardise systems and processes while delivering growth opportunities.

And now we’re looking for a Delivery Team Assistant to help us on our journey to the next level! Your job will be to look after all logistical aspects of a customer order from the moment it’s placed through to delivery in their home. You’ll answer all internal queries that arise during this process and work with other teams at Loaf and our delivery partners to deliver the best service possible. If you’ve got excellent problem-solving skills, plenty of common sense, and are a good team player, this might just be the thing for you.
