Leading our Chatterbox team, you’ll be responsible for delivering brilliant customer experience from initial contact to sale. Supporting our Chatterbox team in answering questions, providing advice and taking orders for our lovely laid-back furniture and other loafing supplies for the home. You’ll oversee customer enquiries by phone, live chat, email and via social media. You will motivate and inspire the team to really get to know our customers, so they can blow their socks off with charm and helpfulness. You’ll be an A-star student of Loaf product knowledge and ensure your team are just as clued up, so we can answer our customer queries with passion and confidence. You’ll anticipate challenges and put in place plans to overcome these. And you’ll always be on the look-out for opportunities to go the extra mile, so our customers experience a top-notch service like nothing they’ve ever felt before.
