Am I eligible for a trade account?

Our trade accounts are typically for interior designers, architects and property developers. We can sometimes make exceptions for businesses with multiple locations that are being refitted. If you think your business fits this criteria please fill in the application form providing as much information as you can.

Can I buy products to then sell on?

No - Our trade accounts are for designers buying on behalf of their clients. We are the sole retailer of all our products and our furniture is not available for resale.

Once my account is approved, how do I place an order?

The preferable method would be to drop us an email at with a list of products you are interested in and the full delivery address. We will then create a pro forma and send over payment details. Alternatively you can call the trade line to place an order over the phone.

How can I pay for my trade order?

You can either pay via bank transfer or you can give us a buzz and make payment over the phone. Please note we don't accept American Express.

Can I use Loaf products in commercial properties?

If the products are for commercial use it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they meet industry specifications (e.g. Crib 5 for hotels) we do not treat any of our fabrics to meet Crib 5 standard. All our products are designed for domestic use only. We can however, make some of our upholstered products meet Crib 5 on special request, but please speak to the trade team for further information.

Can I ship your product abroad?

We currently only offer shipping to mainland UK addresses. However, we do often deliver to international shippers mainland UK address for them to forward to overseas addresses.

Can I order the full selection of fabrics?

Yes! Drop an email to requesting a fab fabric box, along with your delivery address and we'd be happy to send the full collection out to you.

Can I use my own fabric?

Yes! We offer COM on a number of our products. The lead time is 7-9 weeks from when we receive the fabric. Please contact the trade team if you'd like more information or would like to place an order.

Can I set up an appointment to meet someone in person?

Yes! We love meeting our trade customers, do let us know if you'd like to chat through any upcoming projects. We'd be happy to arrange an appointment at any of our London shacks.
