Christmas delivery at Loaf

We're working hard to ensure that all orders placed before the last order dates for Christmas delivery will arrive in time for the big day. For any orders placed after the final order date of the 19th December, we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.

Just a head's up that orders made between 20th December and 1st January may take slightly longer to be delivered due to the festive period.

What the heck is 'Fair Delivery'?

We could have offered "free delivery" and hidden the cost by hiking our prices but we felt that would be cheeky. So we just charge one price for the largest item in your order. No funny business!

How much do we charge for Fair Delivery?

Teeny things cost £3 to deliver

(Includes mugs, throws and socks. Delivered to your doorstep by DPD.)

Small things cost £6 to deliver

(Includes lamps, side tables, bed linen and other small squishy things. Delivered to your doorstep by DPD.)

Medium things cost £19 to deliver

(Includes smaller coffee tables, smaller footstools, rugs, mirrors and other mid-sized items. Delivered to your doorstep by Parcelforce.)

Biggish things cost £29 to deliver

(Includes things like single mattresses, armchairs and larger coffee tables. Delivered to your doorstep by Wincanton)

Large things cost £49 to deliver

(Includes sofas, beds, (double, king and super king) mattresses, kitchen tables and other large items. Delivered to your room of choice and assembled where required by Wincanton).

Will it fit

We want you to loaf happily ever after. To keep things laid-back and relaxed on delivery day, we suggest you double-check the dimensions before placing your order. That way you'll have the peace of mind that our delivery folk will be able to fit it through your front door and squeeze around any tight hallways, stairs or landings. Ordered multiple items?

All your lovely Loaf wares will be shipped together once everything is ready to go. So what happens if, for example, you order a bedside table and a lamp and your bedside table is in stock but your lamp isn't quite ready yet? Well, in this scenario they'll both be sent once the lamp arrives in our warehouse.

Can't wait? Not to worry. Give us a call on 0203 141 8300 and we will split your shipments for a small charge.

When do we deliver?

Teeny things

Teeny things are delivered to your doorstep by DPD and will arrive within 2-4 working days. DPD delivers Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm. They will despatch your item as soon as it's available and send you a text on the day of delivery with an estimated 1-hour delivery window. This text offers you loads of options, so you can also choose to:

• Change the delivery day
• Upgrade to a Saturday delivery (for an additional charge)

Small things

Small things are delivered to your doorstep by DPD and will arrive within 2-4 working days. DPD delivers Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm. They will despatch your item as soon as it's available and send you a text on the day of delivery with an estimated 1-hour delivery window. This text offers you loads of options, so you can also choose to:

• Change the delivery day
• Upgrade to a Saturday delivery (for an additional charge)

Medium things

Medium things are delivered to your doorstep by Parcelforce and will arrive in 3-5 working days (but we won't despatch until you have selected your delivery date). Our courier delivers Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm. We'll get in touch by email to ask you to select a delivery day. And our courier will keep you in the loop on the big day by texting you up to 90 minutes before they arrive.

Small and Medium things may require self-assembly

But don't worry, you don't need to be a DIY whizz. Please hang onto the packaging until you're sure your item is a keeper.

Biggish things

Biggish things are delivered to your doorstep by our delivery folks at Wincanton. We usually deliver within 12 working days of the items arriving in our warehouse and Wincanton will drop you an email in advance of this so you can book in a date that works for you.

Our biggish deliveries take place between Monday to Saturday between 7.00am and 7.00pm. We will confirm an estimated 2-hour window, 48 hours before delivery by email and text. If the items you ordered are not in stock or the item is 'made to order' we'll provide a delivery estimate when you place your order.

Large things

Large things are delivered by our delivery folks at Wincanton, to your room of choice. If your large products require assembly, our delivery team will put them together for you in a jiffy. We usually deliver within 12 working days of the items arriving in our warehouse and our delivery partner will drop you an email in advance of this so you can book in a date that works for you.

We deliver large items Monday to Saturday between 7.00am and 7.00pm, we will confirm an estimated 2-hour window 48 hours before delivery. We'll confirm this by email and text. If the items you ordered are not in stock or the item is 'made to order' we'll provide a delivery estimate when you place your order.

Do you deliver outside of mainland UK?

We don't deliver outside of the UK mainland, with the exception of Isle of Wight for our teeny, small, biggish and large wares (excludes medium items). So places like Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands are beyond the reach of our own delivery folk. But good news!
