RETURNS FOR TAKEAWAY ITEMS

(Things that can be bought and taken away from our Shacks)

You can give us a call on 0203 141 8300 or visit loaf.com/returnmystuff to request a return. We'll then get cracking with the following next steps:

  1. We will issue you with a (boring but important) Sales Return Number.
  2. Our carrier DPD will also email you with a returns label to print out.
  3. Please wrap your item as securely as possible so that everything is in perfect nick when it arrives back at our warehouse.
  4. Stick the DPD return label on top of your package and take it to your nearest DPD Pickup Shop. With 2,500 locations to choose from you won't have to travel far.

Once you have returned your item we will refund you in full. No worries!

RETURNS FOR SMALL ITEMS

(Lamps, side tables, bed linen and other small squishy things)

If you're not 100% happy (we're pretty sure you will be) you can return your items within 14 days - with no questions asked and no hard feelings either! Simply:

  1. Give us a call on 0203 141 8300 or visit loaf.com/returnmystuff to request a return within 14 days of accepting your delivery.
  2. We will issue you with a (boring but important) Sales Return Number.
  3. Our carrier DPD will also email you with a return label to print out.
  4. Please wrap your item as securely as possible so that everything is tickety-boo when it arrives back at our warehouse.
  5. Remember to write your Sales Return Number on the outside of your parcel. This will help us to speed up your refund.
  6. Then stick the DPD return label on top of your package and take it to your nearest DPD Pickup Shop. With 2,500 locations to choose from you won't have to travel far.

Once you have returned your item we will refund you in full - including the original delivery costs if you are returning your full order. Easy!

RETURNS FOR MEDIUM ITEMS

(Coffee tables, footstools, mirrors and other middle-sized designs)

If you're not 100% happy (we're pretty sure you will be) you can return your items within 14 days - with no questions asked and no hard feelings either! Simply:

  1. Give us a call on 0203 141 8300 or visit loaf.com/returnmystuff to request a return within 14 days of accepting your delivery.
  2. We will issue you with a (boring but important) Sales Return Number.

RETURNS FOR LARGE ITEMS

(Sofas, beds, kitchen tables and other large handmade pieces)

We'll arrange to collect your loafing wares and refund you in full - including the delivery costs if you are returning your full order. Sorted.

HOW COVID-19 IS CURRENTLY AFFECTING OUR COLLECTION SERVICE...

In response to the current nationwide lockdown and to protect the health and safety of our customers and our crew, we have temporarily paused our disassembly services. This means that when we collect a large item from you, you will need to disassemble this item before our delivery crew arrives. This primarily applies to beds, wardrobes and kitchen tables. Don't worry though, our things are super simple to disassemble. However, if you'd prefer to hold off your return until our disassembly service has resumed then that's not a problem either!

RETURNS FOR MATTRESSES

We're giving you 100 nights to fully test out your Loaf mattress. There's no need to keep it in its protective wrapping - sleeping on plastic isn't much fun!

To arrange a return or exchange, simply give us a call on 0203 141 8300 or visit loaf.com/returnmystuff within 100 nights of accepting your mattress delivery. We'll take care of the rest!
