Paid Social Marketing Manager

We're looking for a savvy Paid Social Marketing Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our full-funnel marketing across Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook. You'll be developing and implementing targeting strategies, scrutinising the numbers and optimising performance to ensure we're getting the best bang for our buck when it comes to driving sales as well as brand engagement.

The Job

  • Work with the team to translate key marketing and brand objectives into Paid Social strategies, budgets and KPIs.
  • Develop, implement and optimise full-funnel targeting strategies to hit sales and ROI targets whilst also nurturing broader brand affinity.
  • Own the Paid Social marketing budget and roadmap, testing new features and procuring tools required for optimising and scaling.
  • Day-to-day management of bids, budgets and ad creative upload/rotation to maximise performance to agreed KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative colleagues to translate our marketing content calendars into a clear Paid Social content plan and creative briefs.
  • Provide insightful weekly and monthly reports to key stakeholders.
  • Own attribution and tracking for the channel, understanding the role social can play as part of a complex customer journey.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and drive new initiatives, guiding channel-level strategy and identifying opportunities for growth.

We're looking for ....

  • Previous experience managing Paid Social at a high level of budget and complexity - e-commerce experience a plus.
  • Expert in Meta Ads.
  • A consumer marketer's mindset and an understanding of how to best influence customers at different stages of the purchase funnel.
  • Enthusiastic about digital trends and feature testing.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and affinity for data interpretation.
  • A creative mindset with a knack for finding the best way to get a story across to potential customers.
  • Excel and Google Analytics expertise, including GA4.
  • Methodical and data-driven approach to testing and optimisation.
  • Keen attention to detail.

And these things wouldn't hurt either:

  • Experience in Pinterest Ads.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns for a multi-channel retailer.
  • An understanding of the challenges and opportunities presented by long customer purchase journeys.
