Social Content Creator

We are seeking a creative, interior obsessed and digital native Social Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging content across various social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube. You will collaborate with our marketing, design, and product teams to create content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement, brand awareness, and drives traffic to the site. The role will be hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days in our London Head office. To apply, please submit a one-page CV, and feel free to include a portfolio. The Job:
  • Content Creation: Develop, design, shoot and edit high-quality, original content (images, videos, graphics, GIFs, and copy) tailored to each social media platform. You will also take ownership of briefs for the channels for our inhouse design team.

  • Social Media Strategy: Work closely with the brand marketing team to contribute to the social media strategy which will align with the marketing calendar and wider business goals.

  • Brand Voice & Consistency: You will need to be detail oriented and have excellent writing skills so you are able to create copy that aligns with the Loaf tone of voice, and visual identity.

  • Data driven: Use social media metrics (likes, shares, comments, impressions, reach, etc.) to assess performance and adjust content strategies accordingly. Identify content trends, opportunities, and growth areas across platforms.

  • Collaboration: Where appropriate work closely with internal and external creatives to produce high-quality content.

  • Social and wider trend awareness: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, ensuring content remains fresh and relevant.

What we're looking for
  • Proven Experience: 0- 4 years of experience in social media content creation.

  • Creativity & Innovation: A portfolio of previous work showcasing creative content across social media platforms.

  • Photography/Videography Skills: Hands-on experience with capturing and editing photos and videos.

  • Proficiency in Design: Experience of using graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

  • Time Management: Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly pivot and adjust content strategies in response to performance data or changing priorities.

  • Experience with Paid Social: Familiarity with paid advertising on social media platforms is desired but not essential
