Overview of DPD delivery service

We use DPD as our delivery partner for shipments of smaller items such as bed linen, table lamps and bedside tables.

DPD will your confirm delivery date via text message and confirm an allocated time slot (with the ability to track drivers in real time) on the day of your delivery.

DPD deliver Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm. If you require a weekend delivery or a dedicated time slot, you can request this directly with DPD once you receive your text message.

What happens if all your items are in stock at the point of purchase?

If your order is being delivered by DPD and all of your items are ready to dispatch, you'll get a text message within a couple of days advising you of your delivery date.

What happens if your order contains a made-to-order item?

If your order is being delivered by DPD and contains a made-to-order item, e.g. a scatter cushion in a fabric of your choice, then you'll receive a text message from DPD advising you of your delivery date once all your items on your order are ready to dispatch.

If you have a made-to-order scatter cushion on your order, the lead time could be 3-5 weeks. If this is the longest lead time on an item on your order, you'll get a text message in the fifth week.

What happens if not all your items are in stock at the point of purchase?

If your order is being delivered by DPD and one or more of your items are out of stock at the point of purchase, you'll get a text message from DPD advising you of your delivery date once all of your items are ready to dispatch.
