Mattress Returns

We're giving you one hundred nights to fully test out your Loaf mattress. There's no need to keep it in its protective wrapping - sleeping on plastic isn't fun for anyone.

To arrange a return or an exchange with the 100-night trial, simply give our Chatterboxes a call (within 100 nights of it being delivered) on 0203 141 8300 or email them at [email protected]. We'll take care of the rest.

The bit below is a bit boring but it's the important bit in helping to make your shopping experience a happy one. So here goes...

All our mattresses come with a 10 year guarantee from the day of delivery. We place a limit of one use per customer on our 100-night mattress trial offer, meaning, you can only activate the policy once.

If you wish to return or exchange your mattress and you have already had a return or exchange using our 100-night mattress trial offer, you'll need to get in touch within 14 days of accepting your delivery. As with your previous mattress, there's no need to keep the protective wrapping on. Full details can be found in section 11 of our terms and conditions.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the mattress caused by the following:

  • Wear and tear (including staining or marking)

  • Soiling of the mattress

  • Damage through wilful neglect, poor storage conditions (e.g attempting to fold the mattress or jam it in a cupboard) or misuse (please don't use it as a trampoline for your morning workout!)

  • Rusting or corrosion caused by exposure to water or weather

  • Damage due to fire, smoke or infestation by animals or boring insects

  • Alterations or repairs made by third parties not authorised by Loaf
