To arrange a return or an exchange with the 100-night trial, simply email [email protected] or give us a call (within 100 nights of it being delivered) on 0203 141 8300 and we'll take care of the rest.

Important things to know

All our mattresses come with a 10 year guarantee from the day of delivery. We place a limit of one use per customer on our 100-night mattress trial offer, meaning, you can only activate the policy once.

If you wish to return or exchange your mattress and you have already had a return or exchange using our 100-night mattress trial offer, you'll need to get in touch within 14 days of accepting your delivery. As with your previous mattress, there's no need to keep the protective wrapping on.

We may reduce your refund if the mattress is returned in less-than-perfect condtion, for example, if there's wear and tear, stains, or damage caused by neglect of poor storage. We also can't accept returns for fire, smoke, or infestation damage. We just ask that it's in a reasonable condition so that we can offer a full refund.
