ELIGIBILITY

• This prize promotion is only open to permanent mainland UK residents who are aged 18 or over. Employees (or their relatives) of Loaf or anyone else connected to the prize are not permitted to enter.
• Loaf reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any entrant or winner and to refuse entry if Loaf reasonably considers the entry to be in breach of the terms and conditions.
• By entering this prize draw you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Loaf reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

HOW TO ENTER

• The competition runs between Sunday 23rd February to 23.59 GMT Sunday 2nd March, only entries submitted during this designated term will be considered as valid entries.
• To enter, you must complete the brand survey and submit your email address.
• Entries submitted after midnight on Sunday 2nd March will not be counted.

CHOOSING THE WINNER

• The winners will be chosen at random from the brand survey submitted via email. The result is final and no discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome.
• The winners will be notified by email. If the winner and runners-up do not confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of the notification, another winner and runners-up will be selected from the entries.
• Loaf's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw. Your statutory rights are not affected.

THE PRIZE

• The winning prize consists of one chair (made-to-order chair, armchair, love seat, accent chair).
• The two runner-up prizes consist of one rug of their choice.
• If, due to circumstances beyond Loaf's reasonable control, the prize offered is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
• Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
• Delivery date of the winners' prizes will depend on the available stock of the product/colours chosen.
• If any of the winner's chosen products or colours are out of stock upon selection, we won't ship the prize until all are in stock.
• The winner's chosen item is limited to an RRP value of £3,500. If the winner would like to add anything onto this (e.g. fabric protection) this will be payable by the winner.
• The runner's up chosen rug is limited to an RRP of £1,300. If the runner-up would like to add anything onto this (e.g. additional item) this will be payable by the runner-up.
• The delivery of the prize is subject to the winner providing all contact details necessary for Loaf to complete the order, including but not limited to full name, address, contact email, and contact number. Entrant's delivery addresses must be in mainland UK, as outlined in the eligibility of entrants in these terms and conditions.

PERSONAL DATA

• By participating in the survey, the entrants understand and consent to their personal data being used as set out in Loaf's privacy policy.
• The entrants' personal data will not be used by Loaf for any other purpose unless the entrants have provided your consent to us using your data for direct marketing, as further set out in Loaf's privacy policy.
