Overview of our Wincanton delivery service
We use Wincanton as our delivery partner for all shipments that
require a 1-2-man crew and a larger vehicle. This includes delivery
of all our biggish and large items. All Wincanton crew are trained
on how to handle our products.
If you've ordered a large delivery item (like a sofa, double
mattress, bed or wardrobe), our Wincanton delivery crews will
deliver to your room of choice, assemble your product and remove
For biggish delivery items (like single mattresses, armchairs
and larger coffee tables), our delivery crew will deliver safely to
your doorstep only and leave for you to unpack. (For biggish items,
you don't need to worry about holding onto any packaging, in case
you need to return.)
If you've ordered any teeny items (like mugs, candles, throws),
small items (like lamps and side tables) or medium items (like
mirrors and smaller coffee tables) on the same order, these will be
delivered at the same time. They won't be unpacked by our delivery
team and you'll be asked to hang on to the packaging for these,
just in case you decide to send them back.
Wincanton delivers Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm.
Wincanton will contact you directly to book a delivery date. You
will also receive a text message/email 48 hours prior to your
delivery to advise you of your 2-hour delivery window.
What happens if all your items are in stock at point of
If your order is being delivered by Wincanton and all your items
are in stock at the point of sale, you'll be contacted within a few
days to book your delivery.
