Overview of Wincanton delivery service

We use Wincanton as our delivery partner for all shipments that require a 2-man crew and a larger vehicle. All Wincanton crew are trained on how to handle our products and carry out assembly where required. They will install your bed, sofa or any large item and take away the wrapping for free.

The only exception to the removal of packaging or installation is when smaller items (usually delivered by DPD or Parcelforce) are delivered as part of a large delivery. Wincanton will not assemble or remove the packaging on these smaller items. The reason we do this is so that you can easily return the smaller items in the original packaging should you change your mind on them.

Wincanton delivers Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm. Wincanton will contact you directly to book a delivery date. You will also receive a text message/email 48 hours prior to your delivery to advise you of your 2-hour delivery window.

What happens if All YOur items are in stock at point of purchase?

If your order is being delivered by Wincanton and all your items are in stock at the point of sale, you'll be contacted within a few days to book your delivery.

HOW SOON CAN YOU DELIVER?

For all large items that are in stock we deliver within 15 working days. Items that are made to order we deliver within 15 working days of your item(s) arriving in our warehouse (often less).

What happens if YOUR ORDER CONTAINS A MADE-TO-ORDER ITEM?

If your order is being delivered by Wincanton and contains an item that is being made to order, e.g. a sofa with a fabric of your choice, then you'll be contacted by Wincanton 21 days prior to your item(s) being ready for delivery.

Booking your delivery date in advance means that you have more time to prepare for your delivery and gives you greater visibility of when you can next expect contact after you place your order.

What happens if Not all items are in stock at point of purchase?

If your order is being delivered by Wincanton and contains any item that is currently out of stock (including smaller items, e.g. a lamp or side table), you'll be contacted by Wincanton 21 days prior to your item(s) being ready for delivery.
