V12 Retail Finance

We offer 12 months interest free finance to help you spread the cost of your purchase. Finance is subject to application, financial circumstances and borrowing history.

  • Interest rate: 0% APR representative
  • Finance term: 12 months
  • Minimum deposit: 10% of the order value
  • Maximum deposit: 50% of the order value
  • Minimum loan amount: £500
  • Maximum loan amount: £25,000

The minimum loan amount is £500. This refers to the amount borrowed after any deposit has been applied, not the total purchase value.

For example, an order value of £500 would not qualify, as the required 10% deposit would reduce the loan amount below the £500 minimum.

Price protection during finance application

When a customer submits a finance application, the total price of the items in the order will be fixed at the value shown at the time the application is submitted.

Provided the finance application is approved and the order is completed, we will honour the price displayed at the time the application was made, even if the price of the items subsequently changes on our website.

If the finance application is declined, cancelled, or not completed within the validity period of the finance application, the order will not be processed and any subsequent order will be subject to the prices displayed at the time of the new order.

Order amendments

Customers may request amendments to their order within 14 days of placing the order, provided the goods have not been dispatched. After 14 days from the date the order was placed, amendments are no longer possible. In these circumstances, the order will need to be cancelled and a new order placed.

For orders placed using finance, the following conditions apply:

Any amendment that results in an increase in order value or a change of mind (including changes to product, fabric, or colour) cannot be processed as a direct amendment (with the exception of the service items detailed below). In these circumstances, the order must be cancelled and a new order placed. Where finance is selected again, this will require a new application and agreement.

The following services may be added to an existing finance order after purchase:

  • Castelan insurance: This must be paid for using an alternative payment method and cannot be added to the finance agreement
  • Removals service: This may be added up until the point that delivery has been booked and must also be paid for using an alternative payment method

Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order or individual items within an order provided that a delivery has not yet been arranged and the goods have not entered the delivery network or been dispatched.

Once delivery has been arranged or the goods are in transit, the order can no longer be cancelled. In these circumstances, customers should:

  • Reject the unwanted item(s) at the point of delivery, or
  • Accept delivery and arrange a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Where an order placed using finance is cancelled in full prior to dispatch, the finance agreement will be cancelled and any deposit paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Where an order is partially cancelled, the finance agreement may be amended or cancelled depending on the remaining order value and the minimum finance threshold set by our finance provider V12.

Refunds and returns

Customers who choose finance retain their statutory right to return goods within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with our standard Returns Policy.

Where a return is requested and there are any outstanding charges (including delivery, collection, or removals fees), these must be settled using an alternative payment method prior to collection being arranged. In such cases, the finance agreement will be cancelled.

If an order placed using finance is returned in full within the returns period, the finance agreement will be cancelled. Any deposit paid at the time of purchase will be refunded to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and processed.

If a partial return is made and the remaining balance of the order falls below the minimum finance threshold of £150, the existing finance agreement will be cancelled by our finance provider. In this situation:

  • The finance agreement will be terminated.
  • Any deposit paid will be refunded to the original payment method once the return has been processed.
  • Any outstanding balance for goods retained by the customer must be settled directly with Loaf.

Refunds for returned items will be processed once the goods have been received and inspected in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Delivery address changes

Delivery address changes cannot be made to orders paid by finance under any circumstances. Where a change is required, the order will need to be cancelled and a new order placed with the correct details, which will reset the lead time and expected delivery date.

Faulty Goods and Your Legal Rights
