Pull upwards on the middle of the metal frame until you can bring the frame towards you. Keep pulling to unfold the bed. It is normal for there to be a small gap between the headboard and the bed frame.

Our delivery crew will install your sofa bed and take away the packaging.

Squisharoo can be disassembled and reassembled if you're looking to move house or rooms. See instructions here.
