Each one starts with a hardwood frame that's cut, glued, screwed and squared like a 3D jigsaw, then reinforced with webbing and springs for proper loafing support.
Cut with precision
The Top of the Blocks sofa takes 42 fabric panels, each cut with precision from a single roll of durable fabric, which are then expertly sewn together.
Crafted for comfort
Foam, feathers and felt are layered and tufted by hand for a soft sit. Then it's hand-upholstered and tested to meet our ridiculously comfy standards.
